    Our Products:
    All products we sell are Brand New, fresh from the manufacturer and carry a full manufacturer's warranty.  We do not sell refurbished products unless it's clearly stated in the item name (and only found on our "Scratch-N-Dent" page).
    Inventory:
    Our Inventory is usually updated around 11am and 5pm Eastern-time, but more often depending on the seasons. If our site is showing only one (1) in stock, it would probably be best to call us first if you need it SOON!
    Shipping (United States Orders):
    Monday through Friday - If your order is received by 3:00pm Eastern time, it will ship that day if the items are in stock.  Orders place after 3:00pm on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

    Overnight Air does NOT include Saturday or Week-End delivery.

    Additionally, We do NOT sell/bill or ship to any address within the state of Ohio. Orders from Alaska or Hawaii MUST Choose International Checkout.

    We respect your right to privacy.  We will not sell, lease, publish or provide any information to any third party.

    We use your e-mail address only as necessary to complete a sale and to keep you informed as to the status of your order.  In the event of a product recall, we will use your e-mail address and/or phone number to attempt to contact you.

    We also believe that just because you elect to do business with us, does not grant us the right to use your e-mail address to solicit additional business.

    Return Policy:
    Note:  The following items are  NOT RETURNABLE:
    EPIRBs, Cartography/Mapping Software, Life Jackets/Vests, Inflatables, and Tools.
    By placing an order with Ultimate Passage (on-line, telephone or mail) you agree to the following return policy:

    Check and install/use your items within 15 DAYS of Receipt!   We cannot stress this enough.  After 15 days from delivery, the Manufacturer's Warranty is in effect.
     
    1. All Returns REQUIRE Return Authorization by Ultimate Passage and may be returned within 15 Days of the Delivery Date as provided by UPS, Fed Ex or DHL.  All returns (including exchanges) are subject to a 15% Restock charge with a Minimum of $8.95 (which ever is greater)*.  Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive credit for returned items.

    *Note:  Special Order items and Software [including Navionics charts, CMap NT+ or C-MAX charts and ALL Garmin charts or CD-Roms] are NOT Returnable unless WE shipped the incorrect chart/item.  See #5 and #6.

    2. All returns must be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included.  If returned items are found to not be in brand new condition with all the packing material included, Ultimate Passage reserves the right to refuse the return, in which case the item will be sent back to the customer and no credit will be issued.
     
    If you have Received a Return Authorization Number from us,
    FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY:
    a. Box return in an appropriate Outer Shipping Box with adequate padding ('peanuts', air-tubes, paper).
    b. Do not write or apply any shipping labels directly on the manufacturer's packaging.  No credit will be issued.
    c. DO NOT WRITE ON OR APPLY ANYTHING ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX!   No credit will be issued.
    d. Item must be returned in the condition it was sold, all original packaging and paperwork must be included.
    e. No credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days from the original delivery date.
    f. Insure item for the cost you paid.

    3. Check and install/use your items within 15 DAYS of Receipt!   We cannot stress this enough.  If an item is defective within 15 days of purchase, we will GLADLY exchange (not refund) it for the same new product.  There is no restocking charge on defective items which are replaced provided they are returned in the exact condition received by you (packaging, instructions, UPC, etc.).  After 15 days from delivery date, the Manufacturer's Warranty is in effect and you must contact them directly for repair or replacement.  Due to Manufacturer restrictions on Internet sales, there are no exceptions to this.
    4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Credit will be less our original shipping costs which may exceed any shipping specials we are offering.
    5. Special Order items are NOT returnable unless defective.  If defective, they will be replaced but not refunded.  Please make sure you're ordering exactly what you need. Call the manufacturer FIRST to make sure what you're ordering from us is what you need. We are NOT responsible for errors by manufacturers' part numbers, descriptions, web site or technical assistance you may have received from them.
    6. Software is NOT returnable.  This includes Navionics charts, C-Map NT+ or C-MAX charts and any Garmin Blue Charts, Garmin G2 or Garmin Mapping CDs.  If a Return Authorization Number is given, a 50% (Fifty-Percent) RESTOCK CHARGE will apply.
    7. Do NOT Refuse a delivery unless the shipping carton is damaged.  You will be charged Actual shipping charges back to us plus restock fees.  If you changed your mind after ordering, CALL US!
