to privacy. We will not sell, lease, publish or provide any information
to any third party.
We use your e-mail address
only as necessary to complete a sale and to keep you informed as to the
status of your order. In the event of a product recall, we will use
your e-mail address and/or phone number to attempt to contact you.
We also believe that just
because you elect to do business with us, does not grant us the right to
use your e-mail address to solicit additional business.

In Process
It is Not necessary to create
an account to order from us. The Login/New account procedure simply
allows you to set-up an account profile. We will store your name
and shipping address. We provide this as a convenience to our customers
that place repeat orders. We never store your credit card information.

Credit
Card Numbers
We do not store any credit
card numbers on our servers. We use 128 bit encryption to collect
your card number securely. After we process your order (about 30
seconds) we discard your credit card number. As a consequence even
customers with an account with us will have to enter their card number
for every transaction. This is for your protection as well as ours.

If you receive a defective
item or an item damaged during shipment, Immediately contact us at 440-617-0025
or EMAIL lisa@ultimatepassage.com. We will make arrangements to get
the item replaced as soon a possible. After 15 days, the manufacturer's
warranty is in effect. The terms of the warranty varies by product
and manufacturer. |
